  • Eating Disorder Initial Assessments

    The first step to access our Eating Disorder Service. It includes a comprehensive assessment in order to gain a full understanding of the development of an Eating Disorder, and to create immediate recommendations and an ongoing treatment plan. This can include Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and ARFID. The assessment last 90 minutes and takes place at our Wimbledon clinic.

    £300 for a 90 minute appointment and a clinic letter.

  • Family Therapy

    Our specialist systemic psychotherapists use a combination of approaches including FT-AN, FBT and Emotion Focused Family Therapy to work with the whole family in order to support in their recovery from an eating disorder. Appointments last one hour and can be held in person or online.

    £180 per session

  • Specialist Dietetics

    Our specialist eating disorder dietitian can help navigate refeeding, weight restoration, appropriate nutrition, and current barriers to meeting nutritional needs including meal planning, portioning and practical meal time advice. Initial appointments last one hour and can be held in person at our Wimbledon clinic or online. Subsequent follow-up appointments can be 30 minutes or one hour depending on requirements.

    £160 for one hour session and £90 for a 30 minute follow-up session.

  • Individual Therapy

    Our specialist clinicians can work with people with an eating disorder to develop a formulation and give them skills and techniques to support their recovery journey. This approach is also useful if you are experiencing other difficulties alongside your ED such as OCD, PTSD, anxiety disorders or depression. We offer several different types of individual psychological therapies, all of which are evidenced-based treatments. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy- CBT, Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

    £180 per session

  • Occupational Therapy

    Our specialist occupational therapist can provide support on managing mealtimes (including advice on how to manage social events), reducing eating disorder food behaviours and support with exposure to feared foods and drinks. Sessions can be held in person at our clinic or online.

    £120 per session

  • Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E)

    This highly evidence based approach for eating disorders is delivered by our dietitian. It is designed to support individuals who have eating disorders to understand and explore how their eating disorders affect their thoughts, feelings and actions. Sessions are 50 minutes long with interventions occurring weekly for about 20 weeks. Appointments can be held online or in person.

    £180 per session or £800 for a block of five (saving £20 per session)

  • Specialist Nutritionist

    Our specialist eating disorder nutritionist provides education around nutrition for recovery, weight restoration (if required), meal planning and help you to achieve your nutrition goals.
